MnÃÅ¡ek pod Brdy is situated about 25 kilometers south-west of Prague which is the capital city of Czech Republic. This small town is quite well available by cars as the highway is close proximity, as well by bus which is going from Prague - SmÃchov station at least every 30 minutes.
By car:
The best way is to use the D4 motorway which is going directly from Prague as a route no. 4. In case you are going from the south please be careful the motorway is still not complete and only the part is ready, so from PÅ™Ãbram to JiloviÅ¡tÄ› which is the small town about 10 km in the south of the Prague. In case you will come from some other way, so go to the Prague directly and then the best way will be to use the D0 circle around the Prague which has direct links to road 4.
Parking will be available near the start of the race. Please keep a close eye on your surroundings and keep communication near the parking place accessible.
By bus:
As MnÃÅ¡ek pod Brdy is being situated only 25 kilometers southeast of the biggest city and transit center in Czech Republic, so MnÃÅ¡ek pod Brdy is quite accessible by bus.
Buses depart regularly from the SmÃchovské nádražà bus station in Prague which is accessible by metro (yellow line named B). For the bus schedule please check the web site www.idos.cz. As a "from" station please use SmÃchovské nádražà and as a "To" station please use MnnÃek pod Brdy námÄ›stÃ.
The Elementary school, which is the starting point, is approximately 500 m far away from this station.
We strongly recommend this alternative.
By Train:
The use of railway we can`t recommend as the station is situated about two kilometers from the start of the race and you have to use very busy communication from the railway station to get the starting point.
